Return policy
Returns will be accepted for a refund, store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase on returnable items only.
Guidelines
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to receive a store credit or exchange.
- In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.
- Returns must be approved by Atikshop and accompanied by a return number and form
Non-returnable or exchangeable items include : (refunds/exchanges/store credit not accepted)
sale items, accessories, undergarments including lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits and evening wear or anything specified to be
final sale.
Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees as well as for the re-shipping of exchange. Free shipping is not applied if offered if it has already been used on initial order.
Refunds / Exchange / Store Credit processing:
Once your package is received, it will be inspected and processed. Please allow 3-5 business days from the arrival of your package to receive notification via email of the status of your exchange or store credit. If you have requested a refund, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
